Claudia B.

I just met Gracefully Charismatic Claudia last week and is now a recurring regular at the Soho/Chinatown sessions.

I anticipate her next scheduled session.

Tamara B.

Another great model from the Park Slope sessions.

Amynex

Back in the spring I had the honor to work with this gorgeous model at the session in Park Slope.
But the downside to that place is that sketches are no longer than 15 minutes (which we only did one).

This is a model you have to take your time, especially to draw in her tattoos I had no time to.

This was a mixture of 5 & 10 minutes.

Lorelei Black

I also worked with Lorelei at Dynamic Figure Drawing in Park Slope. Outstanding model.... but not one  to draw in less than 10-15 mins.

Weeks late she was at March's Art & Design Draw-a-thon. And since she was repeating the same pose til' 6 I came prepared and brought my paints this time.

Painted in Egg Tempera (Gouache with Egg Yolk)

Wendy

I worked with Wendy twice at the Dynamic Figure Drawing and both times full of Grace both times.

Cassandra

Just like Colleen on the previous Post I met Cassandra at the same event and she was scheduled to pose the entire drawathon and she was posing next to a male model and they were both watching a movie on an iPhone.

But I decided to be a little more creative. I came up with the idea of a nymph holding a golden apple of Hesperide. I really was kicking myself for not bringing my paints.

I then Later on made one in a side view in black & white

I managed to talk my Tuesday sessions in Chinatown/Soho into booking her...

Now she is a regular and we couldn't be anymore happier....

Colleen

Colleen was one of the models at Last November's Draw-A-Thon that was scheduled for six hours.  I unfortunately did not bring the paints.
FYI.... I hate to draw chairs, that's why I draw rocks instead. But I decided to switch the rock with an igloo.

Anne K.

This is Anne K., just like Lina in the previous post... an artist turned model.

Lina H.

My Friend Lina who I met at a Drink & Draw at a Bar on the Lower East Side (see the Cecily Post) just like me is an FIT Illustration Alumni. She is a Super Talented/Gifted Artist and Teacher as well. Also she poses as an Art Model too.

Eva

"The Illuminating" Eva

Vassilea

I have referred many models on this blog as "muses".... well this model actually is from Greece.

Vassilea is a regular at the Chinatown/Soho session I attend on Tuesdays and she was very difficult to draw in the beginning and can be very challenging from time to time.
